I've had these songs around for a couple years now, they reflect a difficult time for me. I'm doing much better now and have a much firmer sense of personal clarity.

This is going to be my last album as Father Glamor. It has been a rewarding experience, but I'm ready to move on to new things. I'm proud of what I've made, but at a certain point the way I was working (and some unnecessary pressure I was putting on myself) took a lot of the fun out of making music. At times it even made me resent my own work. After taking a long break I was able to find that fun again, but ultimately I've become dissatisfied with this project and think it's time to lay the bird to rest.

Music is always going to have a place in my life. While this may be the end of Father Glamor, I'll always have something I'm working on even if it's in a small capacity purely for its own sake.

Thank you for listening over the years. Music is the energy.
